How it works

See the workflow from sign-up to closed task.

These product snapshots show the main CircleTask flows: registration, trusted circles, assignment, acceptance, status tracking, notifications, and dashboard counts.

01 / Register and login

Start with email or ChatGPT sign-in

Users can register with email, receive a short code, and enter the app without managing a password.

02 / Create circles

Build trusted working groups

Circle owners can create named circles, find people by name or email, and invite them into shared workspaces.

03 / Assign tasks

Create work with ownership and due dates

A task captures title, description, create date, due date, circle, creator, and assignee in one clear form.

04 / Accept or respond

Assignees confirm the work

The assignee can accept, decline with a reason, or accept with conditions and propose a different due date.

05 / Track progress

Statuses show where work stands

Tasks move through open, accepted, pending, WIP, delayed, completed, review, and closed states.

06 / Review and close

Creators keep final control

Workers can mark tasks completed. The creator receives a notification, reviews the work, and closes it.

07 / Notifications

Updates stay visible

Assignment changes, completions, transfers, and requests create notifications so handoffs do not sit unseen.

Jamie completed Vendor onboarding.

Priya requested to join Client Follow-up.

08 / Dashboard
